Job Summary
Loan Consultant II at Lendmark Financial Services provides an exceptional customer experience while offering personal loan solutions. Responsibilities include greeting, assisting, and soliciting customers entering the office or calling by phone; processing credit and employment verifications; recording information; processing payments and distributions; advising on loan approvals within established lending limits; handling account activities related to collections; preparing reports and documentation; operating cash drawer and deposits; recording and filing documentation; actively marketing branch products and services; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires strong cash handling, computer, and communication skills; ability to work with minimal supervision; and a background in consumer finance. Preferred qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree and bilingual Spanish/English communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution
- 2-4+ years consumer finance or related experience
- Cash handling
