Job Summary
Loan Consultant II at Lendmark Financial Services delivers exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting individuals in-office and by phone, processing credit and employment verifications, handling payments and loan distributions, approving loans within lending limits and closing loans, managing collection-account activity, preparing reports and documentation, operating a cash drawer, and actively marketing branch products and services. Requires high school diploma/GED and 2-4+ years of consumer finance or related experience; preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree and bilingual Spanish/English. Office environment with opportunities for incentive-based compensation.
