Job Summary
Loan Consultant II (CA) role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting in-office customers, processing credit and employment verifications, handling payments and loan distributions, approving loans up to lending limits, managing collection activities, preparing reports and documentation, operating cash drawers, and actively marketing branch products and services. Preferred qualifications include Associates or Bachelor’s Degree and bilingual Spanish/English capabilities. Must have 2-4+ years of consumer finance experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word. Salary is $23-$25/hour with quarterly incentive potential; office environment in Antioch, CA.
