Job Summary
The Loan Consultant I role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions and actively marketing branch products and services. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers in person and by phone, processing credit and employment verifications, handling payments and loan closings, recording and filing documentation, maintaining cash drawers and deposits, and achieving monthly goals. The position emphasizes building a customer base through loan extension, merchant referrals, accuracy in documentation, and compliance within an office environment. Preferred qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor’s degree and bilingual Spanish/English capabilities.
Required Qualifications

- 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience
- Cash handling
