Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (Loan Consultant I) delivers exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors and callers, processing credit and employment verifications, handling payments, distributions, and loan closings, making loan recommendations within lending limits, maintaining branch records, and actively marketing branch products and services. The role requires strong cash handling and office software skills, with preferred bilingual (Spanish/English) capability and a minimum HS diploma. 0-2 years of consumer finance or related experience is typical; associates/bachelor’s degree are preferred. The position operates in an office environment and reports to management for performance against monthly goals and compliance expectations.
