Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (Loan Consultant I) at Lendmark Financial Services provides an exceptional customer experience by selling personal loan solutions, extending loans, and generating merchant referrals. Responsible for greeting and assisting customers entering the office or calling by phone, processing verifications and loan-related paperwork, approving loans within lending limits, handling account activities, maintaining records, and actively marketing branch products. Requires a high school diploma or GED, cash handling, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Located in Muscle Shoals, AL in an office environment.
