Job Summary
Greet, assist, and solicit individuals entering the office and calling by phone; receive and process credit and employment verifications; process payments, distributions, and loan approvals up to established limits. Complete loan closings, handle collection account activities, and operate the cash drawer while maintaining records and balances. Actively market all branch products and services to individuals, prepare reports, and file transaction documentation. Work in an office environment supporting personalized lending needs for underserved customers across 24 states.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution
- 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience
- Cash handling
- Computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications

- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual, Spanish/English
