Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer experience while delivering personal loan solutions. Role focuses on building a customer base through sales, loan extension, and merchant referrals. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers in person and by phone; processing credit and employment verifications; processing payments; recommending loan approvals and completing loan closings; handling account activities including collections; preparing reports and documentation; operating cash drawer and maintaining branch records; actively marketing branch products and services; and working with minimal supervision. Required skills include strong customer service, cash handling, proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word, and excellent communication; bilingual Spanish/English preferred as a differentiator.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience
- Cash handling
