Job Summary
Customer Service Representative in a sales/administrative capacity supporting the sales team at Livestock Nutrition Center. Responsibilities include servicing and growing the customer base, understanding formulation and scheduling concepts, processing calls and messages, delivering price quotes, monitoring contracts and retention, handling sales orders, evaluating VFDs, using Salesforce CRM and CPQ, delivering timely service, engaging with customers, and coordinating internal communications to boost customer satisfaction at the Hereford, TX location.
