Job Summary
Join Binance’s Customer Service team to handle high-volume multilingual live chat and ticket support for a world-class cryptocurrency exchange. Provide accurate information on platform features, products, and processes; manage complaints and ensure timely resolutions; validate AI bot workflows and contribute to process improvements; gather customer feedback and support SOP/tool quality reviews. Must be fluent in English and Lithuanian, have 1+ year of customer-facing experience, be comfortable with weekends/night shifts, and have familiarity with AI concepts and chatbots.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience of proven customer facing experience or experience as a customer service representative
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian
- Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots (required)
- Strong IT proficiency and ability to handle moderately technical customer queries
- Hands-on experience with bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality review is a plus
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain field is a strong advantage
