Job Summary
Complete cash transactions, initiate customer loans, and contact customers regarding past due payments. Operate computers and standard office equipment while handling daily customer service tasks with minimal supervision. Maintain safe, secure transportation and a valid driver's license for branch-based operations. Work rotating shifts including some Saturdays with Sundays off. This entry-level role supports QCHI's mission to provide convenient short-term financial solutions and check cashing services to mainstream consumers.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cash Handling experience
- Safe, secure, reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to maintain auto insurance
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance
- At least 19 years of age
- Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
