Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for LBC Mortgage with remote role (PST hours). Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with insurance-related questions, providing top-tier customer service via phone, email, and text, following up on documentation and policy updates, data entry in company systems, resolving customer concerns professionally, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. Requires bilingual English/Russian, prior customer service or call center experience, strong communication and active listening, and comfort with a fast-paced environment. Fully remote position with competitive compensation; insurance-industry experience and CRM familiarity are pluses.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
- Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
