Job Summary
Enter orders into the system, provide customers with product pricing information, and ensure all outgoing orders are received and invoiced properly. Help decrease the volume of missed calls by assisting with inquiries. Verify that all orders are processed correctly before shipment. This bilingual role supports Excel Distribution's grocery distribution center, which supplies dry and refrigerated products to small-chain grocery stores. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, possess basic computer skills, and be available to work weekends, overtime, and holidays.
