Job Summary
Greet and assist walk-in customers, verify and process orders for pickup, and coordinate the hotshot delivery program to ensure timely dispatch and tracking. Answer phones, route calls, and handle general office duties including filing, data entry, and order documentation. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are pulled and ready for pickup or delivery while maintaining a clean, organized front office area. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. This full-time position in Richmond, VA offers a competitive salary, health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401k match.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
