Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for EBus & Red Arrow in Kelowna, BC. Part-Time (16 hours/week) with evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Responsibilities include welcoming customers in person, over the phone, and online; booking, changing, and cancelling reservations with accuracy; processing payments and maintaining records; assisting passengers with check-in, luggage, and boarding; answering questions and providing travel support with professionalism; keeping the ticket office organized and running smoothly; and completing light administrative tasks. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment, high attention to detail, and comfort with Microsoft Office. Previous customer service experience is an asset; First Aid training is considered an asset. Benefits include hourly wage of $18.00 and discounted travel on motorcoaches; on-site team environment.
