Greet and assist walk-in customers with product demonstrations; schedule and confirm in-home consultations; conduct outbound calls to generated leads; support local marketing events and campaigns; maintain showroom presentation and product readiness; document customer interactions and appointments in the CRM; assist with administrative tasks and policies; uphold professional appearance and customer-focused service to drive showroom sales and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
