Customer Service Representative

Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision while handling payments, financing, and refunds within company guidelines. Maintain accurate records by utilizing available technology and execute clerical functions including scheduling, routing, finalizing, and parts ordering. Follow up with customers in a timely fashion and provide friendly, courteous service in person or on the telephone.
