Job Summary
Act as a liaison between customers and the company by handling order entry, invoicing, billing, and account queries. Assist with placing orders, revisions, or cancellations while communicating with Production Staff and scheduling delivery appointments through the Transportation Manager and Customer Traffic Department. Process invoices, support Accounts Receivable collections, and accurately enter production data into inventory software. Perform general office duties including filing, answering telephones, and writing business correspondence. Work within a team-based environment demonstrating attention to detail, reliability, and positive working relationships. Requires an Associate's degree, two years of customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Two (2) or more years customer service and/or general office experience
- knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and general public
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
- common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
