Job Summary
Establish and adjust betting limits to maximize on-table game revenue, while opening tables based on operational needs. Enforce established on-table policies and procedures, and make consistent table rulings to maintain game integrity. Learn all Park West Casino house rules, policies, and procedures to guide daily operations. Deliver exemplary guest service by prioritizing the guest experience on the casino floor. Lead employees on the casino floor by creating efficient and fair dealer rotations. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays with availability for mandatory drug testing, criminal background, and credit checks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Open availability.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD!!!
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must regularly see, talk and hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
Desired Qualifications
- Confident experienced individual with a great understanding of casino floor operations.
