Customer Service Representative

Provide proactive and extraordinary service to all external and internal customers by answering questions, resolving emerging situations, and managing orders to ensure cases are responded to within two hours. Creatively solve customer concerns, take ownership of internal and external accounts, and identify root causes with corrective actions while maintaining an average phone speed of 30 seconds as a team. Participate in cross-functional meetings to foster a professional environment and execute new processes for efficiency. Requires general knowledge of the product line and pricing schedules.
