Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone/chat/email; process credit card payments over the phone for new and existing customers; provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and guiding customers through solutions; maintain a thorough understanding of products, services and policies to effectively assist customers; document customer interactions and transactions across all tools; collaborate with other departments to resolve issues; strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics; stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends; flexible hours including weekends/holidays; 18+ years of age.
