Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Ohio Property & Casualty
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least one year of insurance Customer Service experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Proficient in Insurance CRM platforms like AMS360, Agency Zoom, PL Rating, TransActNOW, and alike.
