Job Summary

Provide day-to-day service and support to new and existing clients to meet profitability and growth objectives. Support sales programs, research and respond to client inquiries, advise on insurance coverage, process policy changes, and handle claims and billing inquiries. Maintain relationships with insurance companies and underwriters. Perform responsibilities with a focus on achieving quality and professionalism, meeting performance expectations, and adhering to company policies. Qualifications include a high school diploma, two years of servicing experience in the insurance industry, and a Property and Casualty License.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience and knowledge
  • Two years successful servicing experience with independent agency (or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, claims handling, coverages, rates, markets, and applicable insurance laws/codes

Desired Qualifications

  • Property and Casualty License
  • Thorough knowledge of all personal lines insurance products
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven automation, time management, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with risk assessment and risk management techniques
