Customer Service Representative responsible for day-to-day service and support to clients, focusing on sales program support, advising on insurance issues, processing policy changes and claims inquiries, and maintaining relationships with insurance companies. Requires a High School Diploma, Property and Casualty License, and two years of experience in insurance servicing. Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Property and Casualty License
- Two years successful servicing experience with independent agency or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, claims handling, coverages, rates, markets, and applicable insurance laws/codes.
- Thorough knowledge of all personal lines insurance products especially those represented through HomeServices Insurance.
