Job Summary
Answer inbound calls from AAA members, provide personalized solutions, upsell appropriate products/services, and maintain confidentiality in a remote call-center environment. Role requires strong communication, multitasking across multiple systems, and a customer-focused, proactive mindset. Training begins remotely with a 4-month full-time schedule; after training, regular full-time hours including some Saturdays, with a weekday off. Must reside within 80 miles of Houston, TX and have reliable internet connectivity for a home office; company provides a computer and some internet reimbursement. Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) adds compensation; high school diploma or GED required; background check and drug screening required.
