Job Summary
Receive calls for warranty and service calls, document requests, and prepare job tickets. Arrange work schedules and manage job work tickets within the internal system. Contact national builders and customers to verify job site readiness. Requires 1-2 years of customer service experience, knowledge of accounting and CRM software, and fluent English/Spanish skills. Fluency in Microsoft Office products is essential. Fluency in English/Spanish language skills is a plus. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of accounting and CRM software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures
- You must be able to lift light to moderate weights
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent English/Spanish language skills a plus
