Customer Service Representative III

Job Summary
Customer Service Representative III handles customer service requests, appointment booking, customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one-call resolution. The role supports day-to-day operation of the Center, assists with dispatching as needed, maintains customer records, and collaborates with Sales and Service Coordinators to improve scheduling speed and accuracy. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in customer service, strong communication and multitasking abilities, experience with computer systems in an administrative setting, and knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration is a plus. Responsibilities include answering calls, routing calls, resolving customer concerns, updating records, accurately dispositions in software, ensuring compliance in payments over the phone, and maintaining knowledge of products and promotions while delivering exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in customer service or other customer-facing environment
- Experience or training using computers and related systems in an administrative office environment
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication with customers, co-workers, and diverse populations
- Ability to work in both team and independent settings
- Decision-making based on established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to prioritize work based on service demands
- Knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration industry is an asset
