Job Summary
On-site Customer Service Representative II in Richardson, TX. Serves as the primary communication link between customers and internal departments to facilitate orders and requests; assists customers with inquiries, order-related issues, credits, and account matters; verifies orders, resolves errors, processes change orders and return authorizations; provides information to customers and sales staff via calls and emails; requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service (preferably in manufacturing); proficient with CRM/order-management software, SugarCRM preferred, and Microsoft Office tools; strong math, written and verbal communication skills; capable team player; occasional lab/plant visits and lifting up to 50 pounds in a professional office environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service support role
- Experience with CRM software, order management software, and customer service management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SugarCRM software is preferred
