Job Summary
Customer Service Representative II role handling high-end order processing and customer support across ERP/CRM applications. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing quotations, maintaining customer data, and ensuring timely service delivery while engaging with cross-functional teams to achieve SLAs. Proficient in Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, PRMS, Macola, and AS400, with strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Night shift availability and a focus on delivering accurate, efficient order management in a global, customer-centric environment.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree
- 1.5-3 years hands-on experience in Order Management
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Flexible to work in Night Shifts
- Able to work under pressure
- Customer oriented and adaptable to different tasks
