Job Summary
Handle electronic order entry and processing using JD Edwards ERP software while responding to customer sales inquiries and submitting bills for payment. Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts, maintain adequate stock levels, and support warehouse operations including stocking, retrieving items, and operating a forklift to ensure a safe environment. Aid the Sales Team with accurate pricing, resolve customer concerns, and prepare reports under supervision. This role requires 2+ years of experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and JD Edwards, and the ability to apply basic math concepts. Base pay ranges from $17.45 to $23.29 per hour with access to health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
- Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
