Job Summary
Entry to mid level role guiding customers and dealers through the FOX experience; respond to inquiries via email, phone, and web chat; manage orders; develop product knowledge and offer solutions based on customer needs; build and maintain dealer relationships, support OE accounts, assist with dealer applications, and follow up on leads. Requires strong phone presence, listening skills, CRM usage, order-management understanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; occasional event/work at local events or races.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience
- CS experience
- Basic understanding of all order management processes
- Ability to effectively use a CRM and deliver demos/presentations
- MS Office proficiency (Excel)
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in orders/requests
- Ability to lift 45-50 lbs.
