Job Summary
Customer Service Representative II responsible for handling complex customer inquiries, providing sales support, processing quotes and RMAs, entering orders for stocked and special-order items, managing open orders, and maintaining accurate shipping and delivery information. Requires experience in customer service within an office environment, knowledge of the millwork/building industry, proficiency with CRM software, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bonus focus on coordinating with Outside Sales, handling pricing guidelines, and ensuring accurate order status and follow-up.
Required Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of experience in customer service in office environment
- At least three (3) years of experience in millwork/building industry or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to enter orders and manage quotes and RMAs
- Experience with price guidelines and order tracking
- Comfort working in fast-paced environment
