Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Manage customer orders, including domestic, export, and consignment orders, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements and company policies. Execute order-to-cash activities including order entry, order confirmation, invoice issuance, order follow-up, and delivery coordination. Process credit notes, debit notes, and customer-related order adjustments as required. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner while coordinating customer complaints and service cases. Build strong partnerships with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support key performance indicators within the Order-to-Cash process. Monitor, prepare, and analyze order fulfillment metrics and support training activities for new and existing Customer Service Representatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Order-to-Cash processes within a business-to-business environment
- Knowledge of domestic and international trade processes
- Experience managing customer orders, customer communications, and issue resolution activities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Basic understanding of finance processes related to invoicing, credits, debits, and customer transactions
- Fluent business English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures
- Experience supporting export and international customer operations
- Experience working within highly regulated manufacturing, food, ingredients, or supply chain environments
- Knowledge of Incoterms, payment terms, and Order-to-Cash best practices
- The role is based in Tlalnepantla, Estado de México (hybrid role)
- This is a temporary position for 6 months
Desired Qualifications
- SAP experience is preferred
