Job Summary
Answer the main office line and coordinate with Estimators, Project Managers, and Foremen to capture client information and enter it into Contractor Foreman Projects. Manage schedules, keep sub-contractors updated, and organize vital project data while handling financial tasks to ensure smooth project progression. Maintain a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, working as the key link between clients and teams to support the organization of unique, personalized homes.
Required Qualifications
- Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, Contractor Foreman, and OneDrive
- Experience in reporting, data entry, and customer service
- Typing speed of 60 WPM or more
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Patient, people-oriented, highly ambitious, and outgoing
- Effective communication skills
