Job Summary
Customer Service Representative I at XPEL in Europe/UK hybrid role. Responsibilities include handling a wide range of administrative duties and taking inbound and outbound calls, processing incoming orders (including web orders) before 3PM, creating invoices, participating in CSR team meetings, escalating issues to the appropriate department, providing technical product support, staying current on product and DAP knowledge via webinars/training, supporting referral programs, and exploring leads for up-sell and cross-sell possibilities. Includes assigning leads to the territory manager, translating message templates if language skills exist, and achieving defined KPIs. Requires Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with customer service or ticketing systems; strong organization, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Hybrid workplace in Tilburg, Netherlands (Noord-Brabant) with an emphasis on proactive service and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree equivalent required
- 1+ year experience in a Customer Service department
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with customer service or ticketing systems preferred
- Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
