Job Summary
Customer Service Representative I supporting hospital partners by coordinating equipment orders and delivery, loading and transporting life-saving medical equipment, servicing and receiving equipment in the branch warehouse, and maintaining professional customer service with healthcare professionals; requires high school education, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs, and ability to work multiple shifts including on-call, while adhering to quality management standards and collaborating with local sales and operations teams.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license
- good driving record for the past 3 years
- DOT certification/physical
