Job Summary
Customer Service Representative I who supports hospital partners by coordinating equipment orders and deliveries with operations and sales. Responsibilities include loading, securing, and transporting life-saving medical equipment; driving and maintaining company vehicles; servicing, shipping, and receiving equipment in the branch warehouse; delivering professional customer service to hospital contacts; maintaining a neat appearance and company uniform; adhering to operations and quality management standards; coordinating daily with local sales representatives and other team members on equipment orders and deliveries; assisting in business planning and professional development; and performing all other duties as assigned. Preferred education is high school graduate or equivalent; requires a valid driver’s license and a DOT certification/physical.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record for past 3 years
- Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs
- Ability to read and write in English and perform math calculations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to operate company portal for equipment maintenance orders and deliveries
- Able to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed
- DOT certification/physical
