Job Summary
Customer Service Representative I supporting hospital partners by coordinating loading, transport, and delivery of life-saving medical equipment; works with operations and sales to ensure equipment is serviced, shipped, and received, while maintaining a professional customer-service presence, adhering to quality management standards, and being available for on-call shifts. Requires ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and DOT certification/physical.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years
- DOT certification/physical
