Customer Service Representative I

Handle inbound sales calls and outbound solicitation to generate leads and new customers for rental truck sales. Maintain appropriate inventory levels by coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management, while resolving customer complaints and answering inquiries. Execute the full sales process, manage purchase and repair orders, and contribute to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and perform other duties as assigned. Monday-Friday day shift at $22.00/hr.
