Customer Service Representative I

Manage the full lifecycle of steel tube orders by providing accurate pricing, entering sales orders, and monitoring production status. Support outside sales with standard quoting, documentation, and routine updates on inquiries and follow-up actions. Resolve complex logistical claims by gathering documentation and coordinating information while running assigned reports and attending internal meetings. Participate in training to build product, system, and industry knowledge. This 100% in-office role at the Alliance location requires critical thinking, math skills, and strong attention to detail within a fast-paced industrial environment.
