Job Summary
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and meetings, assisting with product information, quotes, order status, and usage guidance. Process orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system while resolving issues and escalating complex cases as needed. Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Shipping departments to ensure timely fulfillment and gather feedback to identify service trends. Comply with Quality Management System requirements to meet PFG standards. Located in Caribou, ME, this frontline support role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in ERP systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using ERP systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Desired Qualifications
