Job Summary
Assist members with processing transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and payments while verifying endorsements and executing wire transfers. Provide education on self-serve options, troubleshoot card and online banking issues, and manage cash drawers and vaults. Balance and maintain currency logs as needed. Work 98% at a computer and 40-60% on the phone, with a hybrid schedule involving rotating full weeks in Grand Rapids, MN. Requires 1+ years of customer service experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service or professional experience working with people
- Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team and ability to collaborate with others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time Management skills and the ability to prioritize workload based on department and member needs
- Flexibility to adapt and succeed in a dynamic environment
- Ability and drive to provide exceptional service to members and employees
- Intermediate computer skills and the ability to navigate between multiple systems with ease
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- In-person training period of at least 90 days in Grand Rapids, MN
- Rotating full week in-person in Grand Rapids, MN once every six weeks
- Bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping, or crouching when appropriate, on occasion
- Repetitive movements, including but not limited to typing, using a mouse, phones, etc.
- Lift, carry, push or pull up to approximately 50 pounds
- Shifts between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 7am-3pm
