Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role with a hybrid work arrangement and evening shifts (12:00pm-9:00pm or 1:00pm-10:00pm). You will handle inbound/outbound calls, book member appointments with high data accuracy, and communicate procedures clearly while escalating issues as needed. The position requires adapting to changing guidelines, maintaining quality standards, and delivering courteous service. The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, data integrity, CRM updates, and adherence to attendance and performance metrics. Onboarding/training occurs in-office with remote work status contingent on meeting criteria after two weeks. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute is preferred
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Attendance requirements as specified (e.g., 98%+ attendance over 6+ months) may apply
- Ability to meet performance metrics including Average Talk Time, Call Conversion Ratio, Disposition Calls Processed, QA scores, Hold Time, and Calls Handled per Hour
