Job Summary
On-site Customer Service Representative handling delinquent accounts, payment plans, and routine customer interactions. Responsibilities include resolving disputes, updating customer records, providing information on products/services, following procedures, and maintaining professional communication. Requires excellent phone etiquette, strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to work in a team or independently, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Eligible with a high school diploma/GED and at least one year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
Required Qualifications

- A minimum of six months of Call Center experience preferred
