Job Summary
Binance Customer Service Representative (Hungarian & English) in Hungary (Budapest) supporting a world-class cryptocurrency exchange. Handle high volumes of live chat and support tickets across language queues, identify customer needs, provide accurate information on platform features and processes, manage complaints with timely resolutions, follow procedures and policies, and assist with feedback collection for product improvements. Participate in AI bot validation and testing, assist with SOPs and internal tools, and go the extra mile to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Must be willing to work weekends and irregular hours including night shifts. Fluency in English and Hungarian required. Remote work arrangement; location-based in Hungary. 1+ years of customer-facing experience, strong IT proficiency, and familiarity with AI-powered tools are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in customer facing role or customer service
- Strong IT proficiency and ability to handle moderately technical customer queries
- Exceptional written communication skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots (required)
- Hands-on experience with bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality review is a plus
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain field is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- Willing to work weekends and irregular hours including night shifts
