Job Summary
Oversee assigned client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention while collaborating with Operations to manage inbound and outbound activity. Coordinate with Commercial Sales to enhance service opportunities and work with Accounting to process P&L, billing, and inventory. Handle data management for bills of lading, inventory control, and reports, plus process paperwork including FOT, rent invoices, and SPE/Inbound. Manage additional projects as assigned. Requires four years of inventory or warehouse coordination experience, strong negotiation and multitasking skills, and proficiency in Excel and inventory systems. Additional hours may be required. Access World USA provides warehousing and logistics services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum four (4) years inventory/warehouse coordination experience
- demonstrated account management and customer service skills
- knowledge and abilities to perform above-mentioned tasks
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Critical thinker, with foresight and ability to anticipate customer needs
- Solid negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence
- Ability to multitask under pressure and to meet short deadlines
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with applicable software (Excel, Word, Outlook and inventory tracking systems)
- aptitude to learn and apply new software quickly
- Must be able to work additional hours as required to get work completed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
- Knowledge of the warehousing of General Cargo
