Job Summary
Office-based Customer Service Representative supporting branch operations and Account Managers by reviewing inspection reports, identifying repair opportunities, generating repair proposals and processing Field Work Authorizations (FWAs). The role involves generating accurate proposal documentation, following procedures for proposal writing, tracking outstanding proposals, coordinating with technicians and management to ensure proposal accuracy, maintaining organized records, supporting sales and operations with information on active opportunities, and delivering professional, customer-focused communication to drive increased proposal volume for the Houston branch.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Overhead Crane Industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, accounting systems)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Creative and adaptable approach to solutions
- The qualified candidate will be able to pass drug, alcohol, background, and motor vehicle check
