Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at My Senior Health Plan handles client inquiries via phone and email, verifies and follows up on information, processes insurance applications with accuracy, maintains client records in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), prepares and sends client kits, tracks application status, coordinates with insurance carriers, routes qualified leads to the sales team, and supports post-sale follow-up and satisfaction surveys. Requires High School Diploma/GED + 1 year admin experience or Associate's degree; bilingual Spanish strongly preferred; strong phone presence and organizational/communication skills; proficient with CRMs; office-based role in La Jolla, CA.
