Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at My Senior Health Plan, acting as the connection point between clients, the sales team, and insurance partners to ensure compassionate, accurate service. Responsibilities include serving as a professional point of contact via phone and email, verifying and following up with clients, processing insurance applications with attention to detail, maintaining client records in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), preparing and sending client kits, routing qualified leads to sales, supporting post-sale follow-up, and assisting with administrative tasks. Key skills include strong communication, organization, multitasking, CRM proficiency, and a customer-service mindset; bilingual Spanish strongly preferred. Education requirements are High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of admin experience or an Associate's degree. Working conditions are stationary in an office environment with a schedule of 10am–6:30pm CST; light lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional movement within the workspace.
