Job Summary
Outgoing, friendly and organized Customer Service Representative needed to join Horizon Health and Wellness, delivering high-quality service in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include assisting patients and interacting with individuals in distress with empathy and compassion, managing multiple tasks with minimal oversight, and leveraging computer skills. Typing speed of about 35 wpm with 85% accuracy and familiarity with electronic medical records are preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Requires fingerprint clearance and a background check, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a phone.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must obtain fingerprint clearance card and be able to pass a background check
- Possess valid driver's license, reliable transportation and phone
- Must be computer literate and type approximately 35 wpm with 85% accuracy
